Room Booking Cancellation

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date: One night’s room charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.
• No-show (failure to arrive on the check-in date): The booking will be considered non-refundable.

Early Check-Out

If you decide to check out before your confirmed departure date, the remaining nights’ charges are non-refundable.

Booking Modifications

Changes to the check-in/check-out date or room type are subject to availability.

• Any fare difference will be adjusted accordingly.
• Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original check-in date.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
• Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may affect when the refund reflects in your account.

Group Bookings / Special Offers

For group reservations, long stays, or discounted packages, separate cancellation and refund terms may apply. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Hotel’s Right to Cancel
