Welcome to Golden Leaf Hotel, Panipat. By making a reservation, checking in, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay.

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel.
  • Guests must provide accurate personal details, including name, contact number, and valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking if false information is provided or if payment is not completed.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification Requirement

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via cash, card, UPI, or approved online gateways.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
  • Any outstanding balance must be cleared at the time of check-out.

Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations, modifications, and refunds will follow the hotel’s Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance to other occupants.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Possession or consumption of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.

Visitor Policy

Visitors may be allowed in guest rooms at the hotel’s discretion and must be registered at the reception. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

Liability

  • The hotel will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to use the in-room safety locker (if available).
  • The hotel will not be liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural calamities, power outages, government restrictions, etc.).

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior approval is obtained.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect guest information.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Panipat, Haryana.
